PROCEDURE FOR SCHOOL COMMUNICATION

With the distribution of the mid quarter progress reports, we would like to remind parents and guardians how to contact teachers for any concerns or questions. Teachers are available through their school email, Lotus Notes. You can get their email address by going to the STAFF tab above. You may leave a message with our office staff at 305-1289 so that it will be forwarded to the teacher. To request a conference with teachers, please contact the grade level counselor to have it set it up. Ms. Shinn is the 8th grade counselor and Mrs.Yoshitsugu-Cenido is the 7th grade counselor. When coming on our campus, please remember to check in to our office. For safety and security reasons, visitors are NOT allowed to go directly to any teacher's classroom. We appreciate your cooperation with these procedures.
