Back to School After COVID Presentation

The Aliamanu-Moanalua-Radford (AMR) Complex Southside Parent Education Committee have put together a presentation with tips for easing children's anxiety of returning to in-person learning. This presentation will be a part of the New Family Orientation. If you already submitted an RSVP you do not need to submit another.

NEW FAMILY ORIENTATION RSVP

Parents/Guardians of incoming 7th Graders or students new to Moanalua Middle School are invited to attend an in-person New Family Orientation. Due to limited space and distancing measures, we are hosting two (2) sessions and ask that you RSVP to one (1) session if you plan on attending. The same information will be presented at both events.</br>

Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)

The Department of Education is looking ahead to the next four years of the <a href="https://www.hawaiipublicschools.org/TeachingAndLearning/HealthAndNutrition/StudentHealthResources/Pages/CEP.aspx">Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)</a> which will allow schools to serve universal free meals. Families are encouraged to <a href="https://humanservices.hawaii.gov/bessd/snap/">apply before the May 24 deadline</a>.

<b>NOTE: This message is ONLY for parents/guardians of current MMS 7th grade students.</b></br>

All families will complete the first part regarding enrollment plans for the coming school year. If your child intends to return to Moanalua Middle, you will then be directed to complete the second part which involves registering your child as an 8th grader. </br>

<b>NOTE: This message is ONLY for parents/guardians of current 6th grade students from our elementary feeder schools: Moanalua, Red Hill, Salt Lake, Shafter OR parents/guardians of current 6th graders who live in the Moanalua Middle School district but attend other DOE public schools. </b></br></br>
Please click on the link below between March 4 to March 12, 2021 and provide the necessary requested information.</br></br><b>Please note</b> that you will need a Google Gmail account to access the registration form. If you do not have a Google Gmail account, you will need to come to our front office and fill out a hard copy of the registration form.</br></br>

*** 3rd QTR PROGRESS CHECK ***

We are midway through the 3rd Quarter and we are asking all parents/guardians to log into their child's Jupiter account to check on their progress. Your child's account will indicate a current grade for each class and assignments that are missing.
