Registration for Moanalua Middle School Summer Programs 
 
There are TWO programs you can choose from:
Summer Enrichment
OR
Mindset Mathematics Summer Academy
 
Both Programs begin on June 4th and end on July 2nd. They are also both non-credit classes.
 
Hereʻs a little information about each program:
Summer Enrichment: 
Cost: $50 per student
Registration: Paper form to turn into the office
Classes: Two classes
Times: 8:30 - 12:30
Registration Directions:
  1. Registration priority will be given on a first come first serve basis to incoming 7th and 8th grade students who will be attending Moanalua Middle School for school year 25-26. 
  2. Please complete all parts of this registration form.
  3. Registration forms and payment ($50.00 a student) will be accepted no earlier than APRIL 2, 2025.
    **Cash or checks - no credit card payment**
  4. Refund Policy: 100% refund will be given for students who withdraw from the program by June 3, 2025.
 
Mindset Mathematics Summer Academy:
Cost: Free
Registration: Google Form : http://bit.ly/4aDx20N
Classes: One Math focused class (NOT the same as Math Enrichment offered in Summer Enrichment)
Times: 8:30 - 11:30
Important Information:
  1. All current 6th and 7th graders welcome to attend.
  2. Participants are expected to commit to attending the entire summer program.
  3. The program does not include breakfast, lunch, and/or bus service .   Snacks will be sold during mid-morning break.
  4. Spaces for the program are limited.  These spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  You will be contacted within a week if your child is accepted.
