8th GRADE PROMOTION PHOTOS - UPDATED 4/12/19

Attention all 8th grade parents! By now, every student who took a promotion photo should have received an order form with his/her personal photos on it. There is no obligation to purchase a photo package. The photo that your student took will be used on his/her promotion certificate. However, if parents DO wish to purchase a photo package, orders must be brought to Mrs. Villa no later than April 22. Orders received after that date will be returned to students to mail directly to Portraits of Hawaii. Those late orders may not be completed before the school year ends. Thank you. (Having a promotion photo does not guarantee promotion to the 9th grade. All students must still fulfill the academic requirements to be promoted.)

8th GRADE PROMOTION PHOTOS

Portraits of Hawaii will be coming to take photos of ALL 8th graders on Monday and Tuesday, March 11 & 12. Students will be taking photos through their Social Studies classes, so periods 1 through 5 will take photos on Monday, and period 6 will take photos on Tuesday. ALL TEAM 8B students must take their photos on MONDAY since they will be leaving for Maui on Tuesday. Mrs. Inouye's period 6 students will be taking photos during Advisory or other periods. These photos will be used on the promotion certificates. There is no charge for these photos. Parents will have a chance later on to purchase photo packages. Students should look well-groomed for this photo, so please use this weekend for haircuts, if needed. The royal blue uniform shirt would look best with the blue promotion gown that students will wear for their photos. Taking a promotion photo does not guarantee a promotion to 9th grade; students must earn all required credits to be promoted.
