WHAT TEAM IS MY CHILD ON?

In following with middle school concepts, we group our students here at MMS into TEAMS. A TEAM of students share the same four core subject teachers which helps in ensuring clear communication amongst these teachers to better meet the academic and social needs of their students. A frequent question that may be asked for the next two years is, "What TEAM is your child on?". After picking up your child's program on July 25 & 26, take a look at their core subject teachers (math, social studies, science and language arts) and match them up with the attached list which will indicate their TEAM.

ONLINE MEAL ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Starting May 7, 2018, there will be a new way to make payments for your child's meals. The Hawaii State Department of Education (HIDOE) has contracted Harris Solutions to modernize the meal payment and monitoring. COMPLETE CHILDCARE, INC.

Complete ChildCare will again be providing an after school program for our students here at Moanalua Middle School for the upcoming school year 2018-2019. Complete ChildCare uses our cafeteria after school until 5:30pm providing a safe and supervised time for students to not only catch up with their studies but also relax with fun and enriching activities. AFTER SCHOOL CAMPUS SAFETY

The safety of our students is of great importance and have recently noticed a number of students staying on campus beyond the school day. If your child is not in a school sponsored program meeting after school (i.e., athletics, clubs media, preforming arts, or tutorial), tutoring with a teacher or attending the Complete Child Care program, please pick up you child within a half-an hour (30 minutes) after the last bell rings for the day. Please click this headline to see the complete letter sent home with students on Tuesday (5/23).
