Moanalua Elementary, Red Hill Elementary, Salt Lake Elementary, Shafter Elementary; or
those 6th graders who live in the Moanalua Middle School district but attend other DOE public schools.
Please click on the link below between February 23, 2023 to March 3, 2023 and provide the necessary requested information. This link will not be OPEN until February 23, 2023 at 5:00pm. Even after the deadline the link will remain open, but after March 3rd, any registration requests received will be considered late.
