Students love the activities taught or offered by teachers on Activity Day. On Sept. 10, the 2-period block after lunch will be dedicated to exploratory activities that support stretch learning and encourage meeting new people and practicing social skills. Students will participate in one activity selected in advance. Some activities require special equipment that students must bring on Activity Day. Other activities require a fee that students must bring on Activity Day. There are also 3 off-campus options for which students could have signed up. Students who are going to bowling (at Aiea Bowl) must eat first lunch on Activity Day, then report to the front fence by 12:15 for the bus. Students doing billiards at Hawaiian Brian's will be eating lunch there, so they must be at the front fence by 11:40 for their bus. Students doing the walk to Moanalua Ethnic Village must meet at the flag pole at 12:10 PM. If a student misses his/her group departure, s/he must NOT leave campus on his/her own. Instead, report to Mrs. Villa in the SG Room so she can put you in another activity. Sorry, no refunds can be given if a student misses his/her group departure.
