BAND DRESS REHEARSAL & REPORT TIME ON STAGE
Symphonic Band
10:00 a.m.
Intermediate Band
10:45 a.m.
Beginning Band
11:30 a.m.

Things to remember:
Students report to the BACK (loading area) of the Pearl City Cultural Center at their designated report time. Remember, early is on time!
Students need to bring their instrument and music folder expect for percussion and tubas.
DO NOT BRING valuables with you! You will not be allowed to take bags, cell phones, etc. onto the stage. All cases, bags, and personal items will be stored in the loading area.
Bring your OWN LUNCH if you plan to stay the entire day.
Band officers and percussionist shall meet at 8:00 a.m. to load the equipment truck at the band room.


Orchestra concert starts at 6:00 p.m.
7th grade beginning orchestra, 7th grade intermediate orchestra, 8th grade intermediate orchestra, 8th grade advance orchestra, and concert orchestra
