Beginning Band Demonstration Concert

Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Moanalua Middle School Beginning Bands will have a Demonstration Concert to showcase their musical skills and progress learned in class. This informal concert will be held in the band room. Each nigh is designated to a different period so you will only need to attend the night that corresponds to your son or daughter's band period. The dates and times are as follows:
Dates: Monday, November 23, 2009 Period 1
Tuesday, November 24, 2009 Period 2 & 4
Time: 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Uniform: Boys - Long pants and a collared shirt; Girls - Dress or pants and blouse.
Please adhere to the MMS dress code policy. It will be enforced.
Students must report to the MMS band room by 5:15 p.m. Please understand that students who do not report by the designated time, fails to wear the proper dress code, and/or does not bring instrument, will not perform in the Beginning Band Demonstration Concert; however, will stay and observe the performance. (If you child will be late, we will need a signatory note one day prior with a valid reason). All students will help clean up after the concert so that we can all go home by a reasonable time. Thank you for your cooperation.
