a. Planner must be written in every day. If there is no HW, then the words "no HW" should be writtten.

b. PLanner must be signed by parent/guardian on a weekly basis

Tickets and money for the fundraiser are due. Any missing or lost tickets will have to be paid for by the student.

Please turn in SLPC letter as soon as possible so we can schedule your child for their SLPC conference

PLease turn in Federal Survey Cards. These are very important to the school so it is necessarry for every student to turn it in

Please turn in the safe school agreement form. It is another important document needed to be turned in by you.

Please turn in the Jupitergrades letter signed by parent and student.

On the bottom half of the page only sign it if you DO NOT want your child to have internet access or their work or pictures used on the school website!
