I was born and raised in Norcross Georgia. I have played tuba and sousaphone in countless ensembles. I consider music to be a fundamental aspect of life and it has led me to many incredible places such as New Orleans, Washington D.C. (Marching in President Barack Obama's inaugural parade), New York (Carnegie Hall), London, Paris, Venice and Hawaii. I have worked in Dr. Gennady Cymbalyuk's Neurophysics Research laboratory simulating Central Pattern Generation in Hexapods. I am also a member of the Sigma Pi Sigma Honors Fraternity for Physics Scholars. Shortly after graduating from Georgia State University I moved to Hawaii. I prefer to spend my free time playing Magic: the Gathering, rooting for the GSU Panthers, hiking various trails, and spending time at the beach.
Appreciation Statement:
I would like to thank my family and friends for helping me get as far in life as I have. Without them I would not be anywhere near where I am today. I would also like to give a shout out to the administration of MMS for being so warm and welcoming!
